This home's layout creates the perfect harmony of communal and private spaces for your friends and family to enjoy. Gather for dinner at the indoor or outdoor dining tables or movies and game nights in the family room. Want some private time to decompress? There are four bedrooms and ample outdoor spots to choose from. The home was designed and furnished with comfort, inspiration and amenities in mind. I purchased the property in early 2023 and completed numerous renovations and updates to transform it into the cozy and stylish abode it is today. While adding many modern functions (from appliances, to smart locks, lighting) I also endeavored to highlight the charming characteristics which this historic 1892 home has to offer.

--No parties or events are allowed. --No additional guests or pets beyond those included in your reservation are allowed at the property. There is a $250 fine per person or pet violating this rule. Your reservation will also be subject to be terminated for violating this policy. --Please take off your shoes at the door --Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside —No eating in the bedrooms —Please turn off electronics and turn down thermostat (67 during cold months/ 74 warm months) when leaving the house.

The BoHo is perfectly located in Milwaukee's trendy Bay View neighborhood abounding with fantastic restaurants, cocktail lounges, parks, shops, live music venues, and lakefront trails. Only one block from Sabrosa Cafe, Supermoon Brewing, yoga, pizza, and Humboldt park! Downtown Milwaukee is a short 7 minute drive or Uber, as is Mitchell International Airport. Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home and all outdoor living spaces, except for the garage and basement. This includes 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs 1 main floor), full kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, and TV/ family room. Those guests staying 3 nights or more can also gain access to the washer and dryer -- please request prior to arrival date.

Our family had such a wonderful stay! The home was spacious and beautifully set up—there was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. My kids absolutely loved the way everything looked; it felt warm, inviting, and perfect for a family getaway. The kitchen was large and well-equipped, which made it easy for us to cook and enjoy meals together. We spent a lot of time in the cozy living room watching movies, playing games, and just enjoying each other’s company. It really felt like a home away from home. The host was also fantastic—very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole experience even smoother. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!

Ryan's place was just as described/pictured. Check-in and out were easy. Ryan sent messages with clear and easy to understand information, so pretty much everything we would need to know was covered. We would book with him again or recommend him to others.

Find us

Abundant parking awaits directly in front of the house. With its central location, Uber and Lyft provide lots of options to catch a ride. There are several bus stops within two block radius. You can also rent Bubblr bikes and scooters to ride around the neighborhood and Humboldt Park.
